Albums consist of photographs showing the construction of the Fraser River Bridge between 1902 and 1904. On page 1 of each album there is a construction information sheet naming the designer: Waddell and Hendrick Consulting Engineers; builders: Province of British Columbia; Contractors: Armstrong, Morrison and Balfour, and The Dominion Bridge Company; and structural, cost, material and river data.

Album M-1 donated by W.C. Ditmars, Esq. (a member of the firm of Armstrong, Morrison and Company) in 1942. Album M-2 donated by William Powell in 1943.
