Biographical history

Frank Elmer Hall (1898- ) is a native of Hartley, Iowa, U.S.A., who came to Saskatchewan in 1906. He is the president of Hall Securities Ltd. of Vancouver and served as President of the Vancouver Stock Exchange in 1937 and 1953.

Scope and content

The collection consists of legal papers and maps pertaining to the land holdings of Charles and Rebecca Desormier, Samuel Gintzburger and George W. Fuller. The collection also contains legal papers pertaining to Rickard and Frith (G.F. Frith Co. Ltd.) and assorted legal papers. There are also the manuscripts of two stories by "E.O.R." and Leonard I. Bentley's memoir of Saturday night in Vancouver, 1901.
