Photograph shows Mayor L.D. Taylor, Major [Tudhope] and Captain Glover of the B.C. Electric Railway Company, dressed in flight gear standing in front of a seaplane at the Jericho Beach Station. L.D. Taylor is wearing aviator goggles. An article in the March 6, 1939 The Daily Province states that this was his first flight.
