Item is a film documenting beet seed sowing equipment as six seeds per meter are planted into the soil. The film shows a monozentra precision drill sowing a naked chalked seed, followed by a palm precision drill sowing a naked chalked seed, then a monozentra precision drill sowing a pelleted seed and finally a palm precision drill sowing a pelleted seed. Film shows the process in both slow motion and at standard speed.

Photographs include portraits of Ho Chi Minh and other party dignitaries, Vietnamese cultural landmarks, photographs of the revolution and the defeat of the French at Dien Bien Phu, as well photographs of the benefits brought by the new government to the populace.

Baden Baden [Germany - raw footage]

Item is raw camera footage shot for "Return of the Cold Warriors" a half hour television documentary about the history and closing of the last Canadian Military base in Germany. Footage shows jets landing, flying, taxiing and taking off. Footage includes shots of other buildings and air hangars. Also buildings and traffic at night, Footage was transferred from film to video before transfer to the archives; sprocket holes can be seen at times. At times there is a ring of shadow around the outer rim of the frame.

Item is a topographical plan of Point Grey showing the area from Angus Drive to Granville Street and 71st Avenue to the Fraser River, including property in D.L. 317 and D.L. 318. Plan shows the locations of the Vancouver and Lulu Island Railway, as well as ponds, dams, barns, houses and offices.

Item is "Everest - Climb for Hope" footage transferred from original 16mm camera film footage. Includes footage of Tibetan farmers agitating hay, someone using a satellite phone, trucks driving with supplies and men, a truck stuck beside a river, people digging it out, men hiking, yaks near base camp, sherpas having their blood pressure checked, yaks being loaded with packs, prayer flags, a full moon rising, goodbyes being exchanged at base camp, two vehicles driving away, hikers fording a river, a group of sherpas around a cooking fire under a tarp, people dismantling base camp, packing the communal tent, and then more shots of sherpas.

Item contains raw footage shot for the documentary, "Everest - Climb for Hope." Video includes shots of traveling with pack animals, Sherpas playing a dice game, the Everest - Climb for Hope team at a planning meeting, some individual team member interviews, Tim's injured knee, Yaks carrying Tim and supplies out of the camp, the team at camp four, planning the moving of oxygen to the next camp, Everest views, the debris of an avalanche, shots of exhausted team members climbing down, and a farm village and villagers on the way down the mountain.

Item is an amateur film documenting Eric Hamber and three unidentified female companions riding horses in the stable yards (possibly at the Hamber ranch at Minnekhada in Coquitlam). The films shows footage primarily of chicken and ducks moving about the farm.
