The Eburne Ratepayers Association was formed in 1907 to promote the interests of owners and occupiers of property situated in the southern portion of the Municipality of Point Grey. The Association helped in the incorporation of the Municipality of Point Grey by dividing the older municipality of South Vancouver.

The fonds consists of a minutebook of the Eburne Ratepayers Association. It reflects the interests and development of the Eburne District, 1907-1910, such as the dredging of the North Arm to improve navigation, incorporation of the Municipality of Point Grey, and the improvement of telephone and transportation services.
