Victor Spencer boarding an airliner, as well as Gertrude and Elizabeth Ann Spencer, and Isabell Winch in front of the Administration Building. The film also shows Elizabeth Ann at Aberthau, and John Fife and Elizabeth Ann playing in the snow.

The documentary begins by following the eight men trying out for the four spaces in the 1990 Snowbirds team, then discussing the history of aviation in Canada and the Canadian military, the majority of the film focuses on the training of the Snowbirds team and the outreach and shows they perform. The16mm release print that the digital child was made from, was struck from the internegative/original negatives, and the optical sound track; it is closest thing to an original in the donation for this production. It is the only record of this movie on film with a soundtrack.
