File consists of architectural drawings depicting the original design of buildings for the Canadian Brewing and Malting Co. (Carling O'Keefe Breweries) located at the site bounded by Arbutus Street, West 10th Avenue, Vine Street and West 12th Avenue. The drawings depict site plans floor plans, foundation plans, elevations, sections, elevations, sections, details and schedules for a variety of buildings.
