The architectural drawings and papers in this collection were found in the attic of a house belonging to Mary Heinz of Lumby, B.C. The house was previously owned by Isaac (Joe) Deschamps, who may have been an architect.

The collection contains specifications for a bungalow and an apartment house, as well as architectural drawings.
