By-law No. 13580 : A By-law to amend Water Works By-law No. 4848 regarding disconnection of once through cooling equipment and 2023 water rates and fees

By-law was enacted on December 6, 2022, and was to come into force and take effect on January 1, 2023. By-law includes Flat Rate Connection Fees and Service Pipe Removal Fees (Schedule A), Annual Flat Rate Service Charges for Residential Properties (Schedule B), Annual Flat Rate Service Charges for Unmetered Fire Service Pipes (Schedule C), Charges for Metered Water Service (Schedule D), Meter Service Charge (Schedule E), Charges for Temporary Water Service During Construction (Schedule F), Fees for Installation of Water Meters (Schedule G), and Miscellaneous Fees and Charges (Schedule H).
