Biographical history
George Moul was a Kitsilano resident for over fifty years and much of that time was spent working for local community organizations. At various times he served as President of the Lower Kitsilano Ratepayers' Association and the Kitsilano Ratepayers' Association. He also was involved in the Kitsilano War Memorial Community Centre Association, the Kitsilano Community Forum and the Kitsilano Planning Committee.

The fonds consists of records created and accumulated by George Moul during his work with the Lower Kitsilano Ratepayers' Association, the Kitsilano Ratepayers' Association, the Kitsilano War Memorial Community Centre Association, the Kitsilano Community Forum, and the Kitsilano Planning Committee. The files include committee minutes, correspondence, subject files, publications, membership lists and financial records.
