Item is a postcard showing six images of Vancouver and area with the following titles: corner of Hastings and Cambie Streets; the big cedar tree; C.P.R. Station; Siwash Rock; view from Hotel Vancouver; and First Capilano Canyon. The back of the postcard includes personal correspondence addressed to Miss Blanche [Rheeves].

Jasper National Park - Edmonton - Banff - Lake Louise - Tommy Jang emergency ward - Keefer Wholesale under construction and grand opening

Item is a family film containing scenes of a family vacation throughout Alberta, including Jasper National Park, Edmonton, Calgary, Banff National Park and Lake Louise. The film also documents the construction at Keefer Wholesale Florist at 310 Prior Street. Pre-formed concrete slabs are lifted and tilted to make the walls of a building. The construction process also documents the various companies working on the building: Lift and Tilt Concrete, Delta Masonry, B.C. Conveying Machinery, Viking Automatic Sprinkler. The final section of the film shows the opening ceremony of Keefer Wholesale with people gathering, a band playing, speeches (silent), and dancing.

Item is a film containing footage of a pageant, people riding horses and ponies, the Capilano Suspension Bridge and surrounding area, the Capilano River valley and surrounding trails, orchestra at Malkin Bowl, a picnic, children playing in backyard and wading pool (possibly at 3846 West 10th), May Day Parade in downtown Vancouver, Stanley Park gardens, George Vancouver statue and City Hall campus, Vancouver skyline view from City Hall and children playing in grassy area.

Item is a photograph which is part of a set of twelve miniature photographic prints (AM1052 P1063.02 to AM1051 P-1063.13) depicting various scenes and sites around Vancouver. All 12 prints were contained in the envelope AM1052 P1063.01.

Coqu[itlam] Lake Okanagan and [Myra] Canyon [and] Start of PNE Parade

Item is an amateur film documenting the 1958 Vancouver Pacific National Exhibition Parade and British Columbia scenery. The film begins with footage probably taken from a Kettle Valley Railroad train going through the Okanagan. The film ends with footage of floats in the P.N.E parade. Identified floats and performers include Shell, White Spot, and the New Westminster Shrine Club General Band. Businesses shown include Oscar's, Standard Stations, British American Oil Company, Canadian Pacific Railroad, and Pacific Western Airlines.
