Volume consists of schedules of local improvement assessments for a large number of by-laws passed in 1925 and 1926. The by-laws are predominantly for sidewalks (pavements), curbs and gutters, with a small number of sewer and water main by-laws. The volume includes an index at the front that lists the by-laws by street name.
